Originally from Detroit, Steven brings a hands-on understanding of home ownership from his years managing Ace Hardware stores, where he became fluent in the language of repairs, renovations, and customer service. His practical knowledge—from swapping out GFCI outlets to pipe thread conversions—combined with emotional intelligence makes him a well-rounded, deeply trusted advisor.

Specializing in 55+ communities, luxury properties, new construction, and relocation, Steven covers areas like Pike, Fayette, and Coweta Counties, but has a soft spot for Atlanta’s Tuxedo Park for its stunning architecture and landscape design.

Off the clock, Steven enjoys motorcycles, cars, golf, and family time with his wife Rebecca and their three kids: Cal (9), Charlie (7), and June (5). A proud Midwesterner with roots in the music industry, he’s also a former singer-songwriter and—yes—a pretty solid breakdancer.
